1. What comes in each nail set?

  • 20 press-on nails in your selected shape and length

2. How long do the nails last?

  • With proper prep; our press-ons can will last 2-4 weeks. 

3. Can I reuse nails?

  • Yes! As long as the nails are removed carefully and kept clean, you can reuse them multiple times. 

4. How do I know my size?

  • We provide universal-fit sets. Each nail set comes with 20 nails with two of all our available nail sizes for you to find your perfect fit. No need for measuring on your own or purchasing sizing kits. Just purchase & apply. 

5. How do I apply and remove the nails?

  • We include step-by-step instructions with every order. Application takes just a few minutes, and safe removal can be done with warm water soak or nail-safe remover. 

6. Do you take custom requests?

  • We do not take custom requests.

7. What is your shipping time?

  • Our current processing times will always be posted below. Processing times will vary based on demand. It was imperative to us, that our press-ons are handcrafted with care and not factory-made; so as to ascertain a peculiar quality. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days and shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary by location but usually 3-7 business days within the U.S.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order; please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right. 

9. Do you ship internationally?

  • No, we only ship within the U.S.
