What is Solid Rewards?
- Solid Rewards is Solids.21's exclusive loyalty program, that lets you earn points when you shop, share, or connect with us. Redeem your points for discounts on future orders!
How do I join?
- It's free! Just create an account on our website and you'll be automatically enrolled in Solid Rewards.
How do I earn points?
- Shop with us - Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
- Refer a friend - Give $5, Get $5
- Follow us on Instagram (use link on rewards page to be credited) - Earn 15 points
- Follow us on TikTok (use link on rewards page to be credited) - Earn 15 points
- Create an account - Earn 20 points
How do I redeem my points?
- 100 points = $5
- 150 points = $10
- 200 points = $20
Do my Points expire?
- Nope! Your points are yours to keep as long as your account is active.
Can I use points with other discounts?
- Reward points may be combined with all discounts except with the email sign-up discount.
How does the referral program work?
- Share your unique referral link
- Your friend gets $5 off their first order
- You get $5 off when they complete their first purchase.
Where can I check my points?
- Log into your Shopify account and click on the Solid Rewards widget (bottom right corner of our site). You'll see your current balance and available rewards.
